Enabled teams to manage and scale 3D scene production

Datum Studio is an internal production platform designed to manage the full pipeline of 3D scene creation — from captured materials to generated scenes and final export.

The goal of the product was to create a unified production platform that allows teams to manage the entire 3D scene pipeline within a single system. The platform brings together project management, data organization, scene generation, and quality control into one workflow.

For the MVP version of Datum Studio, I designed the core user experience of the platform, focusing on how production teams interact with the 3D scene pipeline.

My work included analyzing existing production tools, defining the UX architecture of the platform, and designing interfaces for project management, data processing, scene generation, and quality control.

I worked closely with the product manager and engineering team to align the interface with the technical pipeline and ensure that complex production workflows remained clear and manageable for users.
