My7 was a Web3 platform designed to connect creators and fans through NFT-based experiences. The product allowed influencers to launch collectible NFT packs, offer exclusive digital content, and unlock real-world or virtual experiences for their audience.
The core idea of the product was to move beyond simple NFT ownership and create a platform where digital collectibles act as access keys to creator experiences and fan engagement.
I joined the product during an active development phase when the team was preparing the platform for launch. At that stage, the interface across mobile and web lacked a consistent design foundation. Typography, color usage, and UI components had evolved organically and were implemented inconsistently across the product.
To support further product development, I began by auditing the existing interface patterns across the mobile application and web surfaces. Based on this analysis, I reorganized the visual system by defining consistent typography, color usage, and reusable UI components.
Establishing a structured design system helped create a stable foundation for future product iterations and improved consistency across the product interfaces.
A key challenge of the product was designing a clear interaction model between creators and fans. The platform combined elements of NFT marketplaces, creator platforms, and digital collectibles, which required carefully structuring the user experience.
Working together with the product team, I participated in defining the UX architecture of the product and focused on shaping the main user journeys.
The core flows included purchasing collectible NFT packs, exploring creator collections, and activating experiences such as meetings with creators. These flows defined how fans interact with creators through the platform and became the foundation of the product experience.

Alongside the mobile product, we explored how the platform should be presented to new users and creators through a multi-page website.
I worked on wireframes and page concepts that communicated the value of the platform, introduced creators, and explained how NFT-based experiences worked within the product ecosystem.
These concepts helped shape the marketing narrative of the product and supported onboarding of new users.

To better understand user behavior and validate product hypotheses, the team planned to integrate product analytics using Amplitude.
I helped define an event tracking plan that covered key user actions across the product funnel — from connecting and funding a wallet to purchasing NFT packs, opening collectibles, and activating creator experiences.
This event structure was designed to help the team analyze user engagement with NFT mechanics and identify opportunities to improve the creator–fan interaction model.

Throughout development, I actively participated in product discussions and worked closely with engineers and the product team to refine the user experience.
In addition to designing new features, I regularly identified usability issues and inconsistencies during development, documented them, and created tasks to improve the product implementation.
I also worked on interface improvements such as the home screen widget and contributed to improving the overall product quality.

The product progressed close to launch, but development was ultimately stopped when the startup lost its funding.
Despite this, the work resulted in a structured design system, refined UX architecture, and several core product flows that defined how creators and fans interact through NFT-based experiences on the platform.
